Last Call
We cut to the rooftop level of a parking structure located across the street from the Chase Center. Near the stairwell leading to the lower level, we see HYBRID Iron Heart Champion Gigi Nova sitting on the roof of her rental car, looking out toward the bay, the Iron Heart Championship belt clutched tightly in her hand. The sky overhead is heavy with clouds, as if the sky could open up at any moment, but the expression on Gigi’s face seems to read “I don’t care.”
Gigi Nova: Tonight’s the night, folks…
She lets out a quiet sigh as she looks down at her championship belt.
Gigi Nova: So much has changed in the last year and three months. I left a job that I loved and moved across the country. I knew next to no one, save for one man who for whatever reason thought enough of me to come out with me to look out for me.
She pauses again, blushing for a moment before shaking it off.
Gigi Nova: (muttering)Nah, I’m probably reading too much into it.
She takes a moment to clear her throat, then continues.
Gigi Nova: And now, here I am, a two-time champion, and potentially the last Iron Heart Champion EVER. To think that I could be the last person to ever hold this title…
She holds the belt out in front of her, her bright blue eyes scanning it slowly from one end to the other.
Gigi Nova: It’s bittersweet, really. Either way, I will never defend this championship ever again.
She lowers her gaze, and while she tries to hide it, the faint glimmer of a tear can be seen welling up in the corner of her eye. Her brow furrows, then she quickly lifts her head up and takes a deep breath.
Gigi Nova: None of that matters right now. If this is where everything ends, then I’m going to make sure I go in there and defend this title just like I would for any other night. I’m going to give it everything I have, because I have no business calling myself an Iron Heart Champion otherwise.
She slides off the roof of the car and hops down, bouncing slightly on her feet as she turns to face the camera.
Gigi Nova: I don’t know what’s going to happen after tonight, but there’s one thing I do know…
She stares into the camera with a determined smile on her face.
Gigi Nova: Charles Morgan, as the number one contender, you’ve certainly earned the right to challenge me for this championship.
Gigi holds the title up beside her and smiles as she looks into the center plate, then turns back to the camera.
Gigi Nova: So before the boss shouts “last call” on HYBRID, what do you say we give the fans a fight they’ll never forget? Let’s make sure that NO ONE filling the arena tonight - or watching at home, for that matter - EVER forgets the kind of people that competed under that purple and gold banner!
The smile fades from her face.
Gigi Nova: Just understand that I will do my damnedest to make sure I walk out of the Chase Center tonight the same way I walked in…
She raises the championship belt high in the air, a slow smile spreading across her face.
Gigi Nova: As the final HYBRID Iron Heart Champion!
She turns and begins to head toward the stairwell, only to be met by her agent, Lorenzo Merrick, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed and a proud smile across his face. Gigi freezes in her tracks, a look of mild surprise on her face.
Gigi Nova: Lorenzo, I didn’t expect to see you up here…
Lorenzo Merrick: Security told me they saw you come up here, so I followed that lead.
Gigi sighs.
Lorenzo Merrick: You ready to go?
Gigi Nova: About as ready as I’m gonna get.
She casts her gaze down to the ground, but Lorenzo lifts her head back up.
Lorenzo Merrick: None of that tonight, kiddo… keep your head up. Remember what tonight is all about.
He points to the championship belt as Gigi drapes it over her shoulder.
Lorenzo Merrick: And whatever happens tonight, just know that I’m proud of you.
He grabs Gigi’s hand and gives it a light kiss as the scene fades out.

Over-The-Top-Rope Elimination
Camila Ortiz vs. Ace Sky vs. Ayane Nakamura vs. Brittany Williams vs. Tiffany Lynn Page vs. Samantha Tolson vs. Ilda Matsuda vs. Stephanie Kenyon vs. Eddy Todd vs. Bianca Davis vs. Honey Rydel vs. Jane Harper vs. Chiaki Sanada vs. Brody Slater vs. Jabali Desmond vs. Alicia Flaherty vs. Ingrid Valencia
Spirit Montego: Our first contest tonight at Best Served Cold is the Final Fight Battle Royale! The final four participants in the match will immediately begin a fatal four-way match!
“Danger Zone” plays as most of the roster heads down to the ring, all entering as one before the match starts.
Bernadette Olson: It’s more for bragging rights than anything else, Jacob, but this match should be no less enjoyable as a result!
Jacob Frankel: Exactly! Who wouldn’t want to make their last impression a powerful one!
DING! DING! DING!
Once everyone is in the ring, the brawl starts off hot and heavy. No strategy and nothing fancy as to a man and woman everyone is tossing fists and boots, looking to dump folks over the top rope. As is natural, several stars home in on Jabali, the biggest man in the match, trying to push him over the top. With a mighty shove, though, he sends Brody, Ace, Jane, Alicia, and Eddy flying, though Eddy is back up quick to slug it out with the big African, trying again to get him out of the match. Elsewhere, Iida and Stepahnie are slugging it out when Chiaki moves in and tries to dump both. She’s almost sent over for her trouble, but Jane makes the save for her partner. Ingrid tries to stay out of the chaos, and eventually dares to suggest a team-up with the Royal Couple, but Honey and Bianca are having none of it, tossing the young star over themselves.
Samantha and Eddy find themselves in the same place at the same time and immediately revisit their past wars. Brittany and Tiffany tear at one another fiercely, having to fend off Camila at one point to stay in the match. She saves herself from elimination, but finds herself unceremoniously dumped by Brody, who is in turn tossed over by Ace. The field is thinning out bit by bit, with Jabali almost dumping over the Royal Couple himself when he spots them lacking. They turn it around on him, and with the unlikely assistance of 2 Broke Chicks, they almost put the big man over. However, Chiaki attacks Bianca and soon it’s between those four ladies. Honey is knocked into Jabali, who reflexively hurls her over the top rope.
Suddenly the lights in the arena go out.
Jacob Frankel: What the?
Bernadette Olson: Aw come on. I know this is our last show but I figured we had the power paid at least through the night!
The tron lights up with a video, but the contents aren’t much brighter. The video depicts a dimly lit room as a woman’s voice can be heard.
?: The human soul can be found within a single cell… It’s like how the essence of a painting can be seen in a single brush stroke…
The scene shifts to a replay of Jabali Desmond, lying in a pile of wreckage after a brutal assault, the slowed, disturbing variation of Simon & Garfunkel’s "Sound of Silence" beginning to play in the background. The shot cuts back to the dim room.
?: Our drive to force our will upon the world is in shackles, as no thought is truly free.
Cut to Derrick Vayden and Alexis Lemon, sitting together as the former writhes in agony after his own heinous attack.
?: Freedom can only exist in a state of chaos… Chaos breeds in pits of conflict, searching for slaves under the whip of infallibility. We enter this room… Within these walls, a child that never was is taken, as faceless beings reimagine the future…
The Sound of Silence swells as the voice rises in volume, the graphic scenes of violence quickly flashing one more time before returning to the empty room.
?: The birth of a giant…
Suddenly a figure steps into the shot. The woman speaking finally reveals herself to be…
Katie Simmons: …With a frozen heart.
The screen cuts to black as the arena fills with red light, Avatar’s "Colossus" blares over the sound system
Jacob Frankel: Oh no… No it can’t be him! We haven’t seen him since Fall of Man!
Bernadette Olson: And clearly he isn’t happy with how that went down…
Damian Simmons stands at the top of the ramp, flanked by his fiery-haired wife Katie. The pair stand statuesque at the top of the ramp, watching the ring intently. That is, until Damian looks down at his wife, who looks up at him and nods. This prompts Damian to begin marching down to the ring.
Bernadette Olson: W-wait. What is he doing??
Jacob Frankel: He can’t join the match, can he?? It’s already started!
Bernadette Olson: You wanna go tell him he can’t? Because I’m happy to stay right here and let whatever happens happen!
At this point, there’s commotion in the crowd. Most of the participants in the ring are unaware of it, focused on the match… but that changes when the chaos is shown to be the result of Damian Simmons making his way through the fans! Damian storms into the ring, immediately sending Bianca and Jane over the top rope before smashing into Jabali and hurling him as well! Several stars converge on the big man, but he holds them off and tosses Iida out after Jabali. Eddy, Stephanie, Samantha, and Ace converge on Damian and are able to slow his rampage, but the field has been heavily depleted by his sudden arrival to the match.
Ayane bursts in at this point, sending Alicia over the top rope and almost eliminating Ace as well. Most of the attention is on Damian, who’s backed into the ropes at the point by most of the remaining participants. He pouches his way out, but there’s no getting away from Eddy or Stephanie, who stay on the big man. Ayane is palmed away after laying in a few shots, and Ace takes that opportunity to send her over the top. Brittany dumps him right after, though, when Ace takes too long to celebrate! It’s down to the final eight and the name of the game still seems to be getting Damian out of the match. Brittany is the first to move in, but Tiffany grabs her from behind and hurls her over the ropes! Brittany manages to land on the apron and Tiffany turns around into Samantha attacking. Backed into the ropes, she holds off Samantha’s attack, but Brittany sends her to the floor, only to be knocked off by Samantha!
With two eliminations left, Damian comes roaring in, knocking down Eddy and Iida with a double-clothesline, coming close to sending Iida over the top, only for Stephanie and Chiaki to move in. Chiaki gets on the back of the monster and tries to ride him toward the ropes, but Damian hurls her off and almost eliminates her from the match. Samantha joins Chiaki then in dumping Damian, but the big man stays in it and hurls Samantha over in a shocking surprise! Eddy moves in and tries to send the big man out this time, and is joined by the rest of the field, but they’re sent flying. Chiaki and Stephanie go for the legs, but Chiaki is kicked away and Stephanie is sent to the apron. Iida and Eddy move in and, with Stephanie’s help, they almost eliminate Damian… but a big back elbow from the monster sends Stephanie the rest of the way to the floor and the final four are set!
DING! DING! DING!
Spirit Montego: And your final four… IIDA MATSUDA, EDDY TODD, CHIAKI SANADA AND DAMIAN SIMMONS!
Bernadette Olson: And that match starts… right now!
Jacob Frankel: Don’t go nowhere!
Winners: Iida Matsuda, Eddy Todd, Chiaki Sanada & Damian Simmons
Result: Final Elimination at 13:11
MATCH TWO
Four From Hell Match
Fatal Four-Way/One Fall
Iida Matsuda vs. Eddy Todd vs. Chiaki Sanada vs. Damian Simmons
Four From Hell Match
Fatal Four-Way/One Fall
Iida Matsuda vs. Eddy Todd vs. Chiaki Sanada vs. Damian Simmons
DING! DING! DING!
The fatal four-way kicks off immediately and once more the fight is taken to Damian. He brushes off both Iida and Chiaki, wanting to go at it with Eddy. The big men smash into one another with fists and boots and, for a moment or two, Eddy is pushing back Damian. Stereo dropkicks from Chiaki and Iida send him into the buckles and Eddy charges in with a big boot, leaving Damian reeling. A second charge from Eddy has the former champion put on his back with a wicked STO, though, but Iida and Chiaki move in to attack him in tandem, throwing kicks and chops which seem to infuriate Damian more than hurting him. Still, the constant attacks are wearing him down and Eddy is able to cinch Damian in for a suplex, and with Iida and Chiaki going up top for an aerial assist, all three take Damian down hard. Eddy moves in for the pin…
ONE…
KICK-OUT!
KICK-OUT!
…but Damian is out before either Chiaki and Iida can even break the pin. Mounted punches from Eddy follow, but Iida shoves him aside and goes to take some shots herself. Waylaid by Chiaki, the fiery young lady puts some boots of her own to Damian, who finally rolls out of the ring to get around the onslaught. Eddy, tossing Chiaki with a release German, turns his attention to Iida, hitting a lumbar check and going for the pin.
ONE…

CHIAKI BREAKS IT UP!
TWO…
CHIAKI BREAKS IT UP!
Chiaki’s wild assault continues, and a fierce reverse STO lets her roll up and hit a double-stomp to the chest of Eddy before attempting a pin of her own!
ONE…
NO! IIDA INTERFERES WITH THE COUNT!
NO! IIDA INTERFERES WITH THE COUNT!
Chiaki and Iida go at it now as Eddy pulls himself up, none realizing that Damian is making his way back into the ring, looking to raise some hell. He smashes into the two young women from behind with clotheslines to the back of the head, then goozles them up into the air for a double-chokeslam! Eddy comes in with a jumping knee to the back and sends Damian into the ropes, but the big man elbows his way out of a German and instead hits a smashing belly-to-belly on Eddy before hooking the leg!
ONE…
TWO…
NO!
EDDY KICKS OUT!
TWO…

EDDY KICKS OUT!
Chiaki is the first one up after the chokeslam, leaping on Damian’s back but taking a nasty snapmare that puts her on the mat. Iida smartly attacks the legs and alongside Eddy, they hit stereo bicycle kicks that finally send Damian down. But neither will let the other make the pin! Damian grabs Eddy’s throat from his back, getting to his feet, but Eddy breaks the grip and hits a headbutt! He wants a powerbomb but Damian powers out of this and nails a powerslam. Iida heads up top, flying off with a knee to Damian’s back, and Chiaki comes in with a codebreaker! She goes for the pin!
ONE…

But Iida breaks it up and makes a pin attempt of her own!

Chiaki breaks this one up and just like that the two women are battling it out again! Eddy moves in for Take The Throne and connects, dropping Damian hard!

THE PIN IS AGAIN BROKEN UP!
TWO…
TH-NO!
THE PIN IS AGAIN BROKEN UP!
Eddy, frustrated with the two women, starts battling it out with them, but the tandem offense becomes too much. They hit a double-suplex on Eddy, with Chiaki quickly with Chiaki quickly ending the temporary alliance with the Chi Chi Bang Bang! Damian is back in before she can make the pin, though, hitting a Skyfall on Chiaki that drives her into Iida! Eddy comes back around, looking for a second Take The Throne, but Damian powers out and hoists the former champ up for the Skyfall! Eddy elbows his way out, but falls victim to the Final Gambit, leading to the pin and victory!
DING! DING! DING!
Spirit Montego: And the winner of the match… DAMIAN SIMMONS!
Bernadette Olson: Seemed more like a three-on-one than a fatal four-way… which makes it all the more impressive that Damian came out on top!
Jacob Frankel: Especially over someone like Eddy Todd! What a fight!
Winner: Damian Simmons
Result: Pinfall at 12:02 (Final Gambit)

Last Chance to Rock
Last Chance to Rock
We go to the backstage hallway where Griffin Hawkins is leaning against the wall, the Vanguard Title right on the nearby table. He is quiet for a while, going into what will be his final match. He finally speaks after a few moments.
Griffin Hawkins: We are at the end of days....the final night in HYBRID's history. I wish I could tell you I'm happy...but I'm not. Why? Because I wanted another chance in this company. Last Summer I get a phone call telling me..hey Griff, HYBRID's back and better than ever. New stars, new championships its the best thing going today...how would you like to be part of it once again by hosting one of our biggest events of the year? And after thinking about it...it felt natural that I come back home. I felt that I had unfinished business here. I wasn't content with just being a host for special events where I grace people with my presence every few months...that wasn't enough for me. I wanted back in..and I signed a 5 year contract. Because I felt I had more to prove. And sure..some thought this was some nostalgia tour..I show up for a few special appearances...take my money and go home until the next major Pay Per View. Nu uh. I'm not a nostalgia act...I'm HYBRID through and through. And every week whether I had a match or not..I showed up to remind people that. I was here even when spoiled entitled douchebags chose not to show up just because they couldn't take it that the spotlight wasn't on them anymore and would much rather fuck off to other companies where they are protected as the higher ups cater to their fragile egos. Me winning the Vanguard Title was proof that I am everything I say I am. I treated that belt like it was a World Title itself. Then I get a bomb dropped on me...HYBRID is closing in the new year.
He finally faces the camera.
Griffin Hawkins: ...that wasn't the best news I was hoping for to close out 2023. I was looking forward to defending my newly won Vanguard Title. I wanted to face the likes of Ace Sky...Ollie Maverick..Tiffany Lynn Page..Aleki Kekoa..but it looks as if my first title defense will be my final title defense. And it's against none other than Cordelia Clark...the woman who used to hold this very title.
He looks down at the belt and slowly picks it up.
Griffin Hawkins: Do you hate me Cordelia?...I'm not surprised. It seems since you've lost the title you've been at war with yourself. You seem to have it in you that you lost the title because you were a pushover..that you shouldn't have fought in a Triple Threat. If you should be angry at anyone, you should be angry at yourself. Not because you were "too nice" but because of you being a sore loser. The way you react is the way a child reacts when they don't get what they want. You even got triggered when I threw up how many belts that i have won in the year 2023. Am I not allowed to show my accomplishments and prove everyone who said that I was some washed up has been wrong? Seriously..my five year old daughter is showing more maturity than you. But I do agree with you on how you've been treated as of late. Being given random throwaway matches is not how you treat somebody who held the second most important championships in this company. I gave you this shot because the powers that be for some reason don't see anything in you. But I do. and I am giving you the chance to end your run in HYBRID on top. This is the last chance Cordy....either win, or get rocked.
MATCH THREE
Unity Championship Match
Tag Team/One Fall
Duplex Royale vs. Natural Resources (C)
Unity Championship Match
Tag Team/One Fall
Duplex Royale vs. Natural Resources (C)
Spirit Montego: The following contest is a tag team match. It is set for one fall and it is for the HYBRID Unity Championships!
The Pride version of the Queens of Chaos logo lights up the titan tron as the intro to "Wings Of A Butterfly" by His Infernal Majesty flows from the speakers. A pair of playing cards appears layered over one another to form the same logo. The cards separate revealing two separate QoC cards before flipping around to show the face sides, revealing Mikaela and Jessie's visages in place of the usual representation of the Queen seen on a deck. As the drums kick in, the words "DUPLEX ROYALE" appear on screen.
♫Heaven ablaze in our eyes
We're standing still in time
The blood on our hands is the wine
We offer as sacrifice♫
As the lyrics begin, Jessie Robinson and Mikaela Callaway walk out onto the stage, using the energy of the song to amp up the fans. Joining them is Honorary Queen, Ollie The Peanut Man, rolling his arms in a sort of dance to the music. Near the end of the verse, they come to the center of the stage where Mikaela strikes her gun pose. In front of her, Jessie crouches down and makes the "uwu" fingers with a mischievous (yet still adorable) smile on her face as she tilts her head. At the end, Mikaela "shoots" her "guns" as Jessie pops up into a leap as stage pyro goes off on both sides and they make their approach towards the ring.
♫Come on and show them your love
Rip out the wings of a butterfly
For your soul, my love
Rip out the wings of a butterfly
For your soul♫
Duplex Royale move down the ramp with Jessie, Mikaela and Ollie slapping hands and/or throwing Too Sweets with the front row. They reach ringside and Jessie lays prone on the apron, happily kicking her legs with the music. She makes the "uwu" fingers again before throwing the horns with a winky face. Mikaela climbs the turnbuckle and makes the gun pose again. She "shoots" again then "blows the smoke" to the camera before hopping down. The whole time, Ollie's at ringside, hyping the girls up to the crowd. Duplex Royale then find their corner where they remove their entrance gear and hand it them to Ollie. He takes them, gives both girls a hug and gives them some final words of encouragement as they prepare for the match.
Spirit Montego: Introducing first, the challengers, representing the Queens of Chaos, the team of Jessie Robinson and Mikaela Callaway, DUPLEX ROYALE!
The happy keyboard intro of Van Halen’s Dreams starts up as the arena is bathed in blue. At the 0:30 mark, the sounds of jets flying overhead starts the song in earnest and Natural Resources, GoGo and Rain, make their way through the entryway all smiles. They greet the fans and then quickly make their way to the ring, making sure to wipe their feet before they enter.
Spirit Montego: And their opponents, the current, reigning, HYBRID Unity Tag Team Champions, the team of Rain and GoGo, NATURAL RESOURCES!
DING! DING! DING!
Rain and GoGo discuss things even as Rain nods to her excited partner. Across the ring, Jessie and Mikaela talk things over as well. Jessie steps out and Mikaela turns to face an almost jumping for joy GoGo. Mikaela steps out to meet her and the two lock-up in a traditional collar and elbow tie-up. Mikeala starts to overpower GoGo, moving her back towards a corner. GoGo jumps up into a victory roll. Mikaela pushes her off and GoGo starts running by her. Mikaela turns to face her as GoGo jumps into a springboard hurricanrana. GoGo holds for a cover.

BACKSTGE SEGMENT
Never Again
Never Again
Cordelia Clark hasn’t looked happy over the last few months in Hybrid. Tonight is no exception. She finds herself in the locker room largely mulling over things and it’s clear that it’s pretty much business for her. She doesn’t seem like she’s in the mood to be that sentimental as she begins to express her thoughts.
Cordelia Clark: When I first came here, I was excited. I was naive, sure. But I was excited. I was very happy to be here and I looked forward to growing and establishing my career further than I already had. I’m not going to deny that the first part of my career here was definitely a good time. Sure, there were frustrations even then, but they weren’t frustrations that were going to keep me down or that were going to put me in the mud for too long. That kind of shifted when I won the Vanguard title for the first time and had to deal with Aleki and his nonsense, but even that wasn’t something that I couldn’t overcome. I rose to the occasion and I won the title back from him the second time. So, all’s well, right?
Cordelia pauses for a moment and now the expression on her face becomes a little more obvious as it’s clear that she knows how to answer that question even if it’s not the answer that she wanted.
Cordelia Clark: Nope. Fast forward a little bit later and you have Tiffany Lynn Page and Griffin Hawkins battling it out for a shot at the Vanguard title. I didn’t have a problem with that. I was willing and able to defend against both of them in one on one competition. Then, that match ended the way it did. Then, I basically fuck myself out of my own championship. Griffin beat me, I’m not going to take that away from him but the fact of the matter is, I beat myself too. When neither of them proved capable of beating each other, I had the choice of defending against both of them. I could’ve said no… I SHOULD’VE said no. If I had the chance to make that choice all over again, I would’ve said “no, restart the match” because I shouldn’t have accepted a punishment for doing nothing wrong. I shouldn’t have had to accept a disadvantage because two people couldn’t get the job done against each other. I shouldn’t have had to accept a disadvantage because something out of my control happened.
I should’ve said “restart the match and I’ll face the winner”.
It wouldn’t have been a popular decision, I admit that. But the most popular decision isn’t always the right decision. Instead, I gave two people that didn’t actually deserve the shot in the ring, a shot… because I wanted to be the fighting champion. From the moment I lost the title the second time on, that youthful exuberance I came in with completely disappeared. I can’t say that winning this match will bring it back. You know what would’ve brought it back? Winning the Iron Heart Championship but THAT door got slammed shut when my dumbass, still hung up over losing the Vanguard Championship, lost to arguably the least deserving title challenger in the history of this company. Book that match two weeks later than it was actually booked, when I actually have a clear head and I’m not mourning over the Vanguard Championship and the outcome is totally different.
Instead, some piece of shit who NEVER deserved to even BE in a match like that to begin with might become the last Iron Heart Champion.
Do me a fucking favor Gigi Nova and PLEASE kick his ass.
Cordelia lets out another sigh before she continues.
Cordelia Clark: So being the final, and a three time, Vanguard Champion will have to do and Griffin, this is nothing personal against you. I don’t hate you. I wish you weren’t such a boasting bitch on Twitter when you ran up the score afterward, but other than that? I don’t hold anything against you. You didn’t mail it in after we had the mass exodus when it was announced the company was closing. You didn’t fuck off and start focusing on other companies and pretending that this one didn’t exist anymore unlike SOME title holders around here. You likely would’ve had Aleki to deal with if he didn’t fuck off elsewhere like the little bitch that he is, but that’s fine. I’m sure you’re fine with that. You have a challenger that wanted it a lot more than he ever did to begin with. I wasn’t going to settle for just having a match for the sake of having a match. If I was that kind of person, with all due respect, I probably would’ve just ended up in the battle royal earlier tonight just to rot.
I guess I can say that this is the company where I stopped living a fantasy and started to see the business for what it is… for better or worse. The Hybrid experience opened my eyes quite a bit, I will give it that. It hasn’t been great for me since Fall of Man, but that’s not going to take away anything from before that, especially when I win this thing tonight. So tonight, I might as well end it on the highest note that I can which is FINALLY beating you, Griffin, and erasing any doubt that I could very well be considered the best Vanguard Champion this company ever had.
I’ve learned my lessons now… and the mistakes that I made that held me down here and there while I was here? They’re mistakes I’m not going to make… not in this match… not anymore…
Cordelia makes her exit at this point without offering so much a facial expression or any hint of happiness as the scene ends.

Spirit Montego: The following contest is for the HYBRID Vanguard Championship and it is set for one fall!
The bridge of "Physical" by Dua Lipa hits the PA system and Cordelia Clark steps through the curtains, instantly drawing some strong cheers from the crowd. She starts to walk down the ramp, obviously confident in her abilities. She has a smile on her face as she gets to the ring, obviously enjoying whatever reaction she's getting from the fans. When she enters the ring, she finally acknowledges the fans with a further smile and a blown kiss, which only serves to incite them to cheer her louder. Cordelia starts to focus on her match and the song fades.
Spirit Montego: Introducing first, from Brooklyn, New York… weighing in at 125 pounds… Cordelia Clark!
The sounds of a keyboard fill the air as the crowd comes unglued. The arena fades dark and focuses the lone spotlight on a young man on stage, one arm raised in the air with the devil horn signal in hand. "Separate Ways" by Journey picks up as Griffin Hawkins comes down the ramp.
Spirit Montego: Making his way to the ring..from Windsor Ontario Canada...weighing in at 227 Pounds..The Jukebox Hero, Griffin Hawkins!
The crowd is cheering, singing along to the song as he makes his way down, high fiving a few fans on his way to the ring. As soon as he steps up on the stairs he steps between the ropes. He gets on the turnbuckles and raises the devil horns in the air, pumping the crowd. He gets off the ropes and leaves the ring. He takes off his silver aviator shades and puts them on an excited young fan who looks happy to receive them. He smiles patting him on the head before getting back in the ring. He takes off his Leather jacket and paces, waiting for the match to begin.
DING! DING! DING!
Griffin and Cordelia step out to meet each other in the middle of the ring. They nod and then lock-up in a traditional collar and elbow tie-up. Cordelia steps under and takes a waitlock. Griffin tries to give her a back elbow but Cordelia rolls back into a cradle with her feet going up under his armpits.

He mounts the turnbuckles and gets up to start raining punches down onto her. Cordelia shoves his legs. He tries to save himself and she punches his ankle so that he lands in the seated position on the top rope. Cordelia jumps up and hits a diamond cutter on him off the top. Cordelia covers.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Hate Gives Me Life
Hate Gives Me Life
Ollie Maverick: I said it was about revenge and I… lied.
Ollie is seated on top of a dumpster behind the arena and is shakily smoking a cigarette in the cold.
Ollie Maverick: I’ve described myself to others as ‘aromantic’ recently but… it wasn’t always that way. I have felt love…. I have loved harder and more passionately than some of you ever will and then… when she was gone the love was gone. I realized it for the poison it was and knew I could never put myself through that again.
Ollie takes a long drag off of his cigarette and exhales smoke. His face remains censored.
Ollie Maverick: Dixon… I wasn’t out for revenge with him. Not really. I sought out the opposite of love to fill the void it had left. I needed to find and fight someone who HATED me. I needed to know if I could still illicit such a powerful emotion from another person. I needed to know I was still here. Still… tangible. Corporeal.
It’s clear now that Ollie isn’t shaking from the cold. He’s shaking from admitting all this.
Ollie Maverick: Forge… You were right. I’m pitiable and I’m desperate… and I did everything I could to get what I NEEDED. And I hope it was enough. I need you to want to hurt me. I need you to… fight me like you hate me.
Ollie takes a last drag and flicks his cigarette into the dumpster, creating what he considers to be the perfect metaphor for his existence. A dumpster fire begins to burn.
Ollie Maverick: Because you can expect as much from me.
Ollie walks off screen and lets the fire burn.

Ollie Maverick vs. Forge
DING! DING! DING!
Fans await the entrance of Ollie, but the cameras find him instead in the back, heading for the parking area. The first thought is that he’s gonna make a run for it despite his strong words earlier, but instead, he heads to his rental car and pops the trunk, rummaging within. He hears a roaring engine in the near-distance and searches harder, finally coming up with a wooden baseball bat with nails hammered through it! He slams the trunk shut, then makes a few practice swings… just in time for that engine to get louder! Forge comes roaring down the parking ramp on his Harley, and Ollie winds up for a big swing… but ducks out of the way at the last moment when Forge swings a chain, busting the back windshield of the rental car, almost taking Ollie’s head off!
Bernadette Olson: No holding back in that one, folks!
Jacob Frankel: Forge wants Ollie over, and he wants it yesterday! Ollie better keep moving!
Skidding to a stop, Forge shuts off the bike and steps off of it, wrapping that chain around his fist. Ollie, blinking, gets back to his feet and brings that bat to bear. Pissed about the car, but glad that his words didn’t fall on deaf ears, he charges at Forge with the bat raised! Forge moves aside and swings a chain-wrapped fist at Ollie, who ducks the blow and rams the handle of the bat into Forge’s midsection. He takes a wild swing, but only succeeds in knocking the side-view mirror off Forge’s ride! In a fury, Forge swings that chained fist again, smashing in the driver’s side window of the car, missing Ollie by an inch!
Bernadette Olson: If this is how it’s starting-!
Jacob Frankel: I know!
Forge is lucky for the chain, since otherwise his hand would be sliced up. Ollie taunts him about the miss, swinging the bat again and this time scoring a shot in the midsection! The nails rake Forge, drawing blood, but to Ollie’s shock, the man simply smiles!
Bernadette Olson: Oh, hell!
From there, Forge demands that Ollie take another swing, blocking the shot with his chained arm and winding up for a hellacious clothesline! Ollie ducks this and darts forward, but Forge is ready, turning and blasting Ollie with the Piston Kick! A referee finally makes it onto the scene, but Forge doesn’t give a damn about getting the pin! Instead, he goes to the bike and searches the side compartment, coming up with a lock and key! Ollie, shaking off some of the impact, is starting to get to his feet, but Forge kicks him down and mounts him, firing off heavy rights! He wraps the end of the chain around Ollie’s ankle, locking it in place, then locks the other end around the tail end of his bike!
Jacob Frankel: Wait… he’s not seriously thinking about doing what it looks like, is he?!
Bernadette Olson: The man’s dangerous, Jakey! You should know that by now!
Jacob Frankel: But this is too far!
Ollie grabs the bat again, swinging from the prone position, but Forge kicks it out of his hand!
Forge: We’re going for a ride, motherfucker!
The scary part is how much the fans are cheering for this moment! That and the twisted smile on Forge’s face as he revs up the bike! Ollie, though, isn’t cowed for a moment! He spits at Forge and gives him the double one-gun salute! Forge gives it right back, though, and tears off through the parking area with Ollie being dragged behind him every inch of the way!
Bernadette Olson: Someone get ahead of them and clear a path!
Jacob Frankel: Before we have serious collateral damage!
Cameras catch sight where they can, and it becomes clear after a minute or two that Forge is heading for the arena interior! He rides out onto the stage, whipping the bike around so that Ollie is slung out onto the ramp! Getting off the bike, the Martyr Machine unlocks the chain and again wraps it around his hand, dropping a hammer fist on the chest of Ollie before kicking him into rolling down the ramp… with the crazy bastard laughing all the way down! Forge marches down the ramp after him, twirling that chain, but when he goes for a swing, Ollie rolls aside and nails a low blow as the chain gets hung up on the ropes! Even Forge can be slowed by a shot like that, and a running front dropkick from Ollie sends him into the steps, giving the Manic Marvel an opening!
Bernadette Olson: Ollie creates some space, but he better make the most of it!
Jacob Frankel: I dunno, Bernadette, that shot looks like it hurt Forge!
Rather than staying on the attack, though, Ollie goes under the ring, coming out with a table which he sets up at ringside. He goes digging for more but Forge gets back to his feet, grabbing Ollie by the leg and yanking him out from under the ring… only to get sprayed in the face with something Ollie had snatched just in time! It’s hard to tell what it is, but it’s sure as hell potent, for Forge is roaring in pain and clawing at his eyes! Ollie, moving fast, grabs and pockets some more plunder from under the ring, with no way of those watching knowing what it is, before he comes up with a few bundles of taped light tubes! Forge, his vision blurry, turns right into one of them being swung down, smashing every last tube against his head, drawing blood!
Bernadette Olson: Holy shit!
Jacob Frankel: The fans agree!
Bernadette Olson: He hit him so hard that thing turned into dust!
Jacob Frankel: And Forge is STILL standing!
The fans are booing Ollie now, but seem to come alive a bit more with every act of violence. Ollie winds up the second bundle of tubes, but this time Forge is just able to duck the blurry object being swung at him, it smashing into hundreds of pieces on the ring post! Forge hoists Ollie up for a powerbomb, but the Manic Marvel punches his way out with every blow going into the steadily-growing wound on Forge’s head. Dropped to his feet, Ollie stumbles a little, but gets to the steps and grabs the top one off the stack. He charges Forge, who kicks those steps into Ollie’s face, sending him down to the floor and giving the Martyr Machine time to get his bearings back!
Bernadette Olson: Now it’s Forge’s turn to come up with a plan!
Jacob Frankel: What the hell can they do that they haven’t already?!
Forge rolls into the ring, grabbing a towel from the official and mopping the spray and blood from his face, along with a few chunks of light tube. Ollie gets into the ring as well, but tries to stay out of sight, working at ripping off the turnbuckle pad. It’s for naught, though, as Ollie suddenly has that bloody towel wrapped around his neck, with Forge hitting an assisted neckbreaker with it before dragging Ollie up by the same grip and slinging him into the exposed buckle! Ollie hits it chest-first and Forge immediately goes for the Chrome Bomb only for Ollie to flip around his arm and send Forge into the ropes. Planes, Trains & Plantains connects, but Forge is only kept down for a count of one! Ollie stays on the attack with kicks and knee strikes, with Forge stubbornly, inexorably, getting to his feet. Ollie hits the ropes again and this time finds himself tossed bodily into the air by Forge, who nails the Head-On Collision on the way down!
Bernadette Olson: Christ! That move always makes me wince!
The blow rocks Ollie, but not so much that he can’t avoid a second Piston Kick, going for the eyes of Forge a second time before rolling out of the ring! He starts squirting something on the table taken from his pocket, but the Martyr Machine returns sooner than expected, grabbing Ollie by the hair and looking to ram him into the ringpost. Ollie escapes this, elbows Forge, and delivers a modified Face Loosener on the big man… except it seems to just piss Forge off!
Jacob Frankel: Anger and adrenaline overwriting pain! That’s gotta be scary for Ollie!
A back body drop almost sends Ollie through the table, but he lands on his feet and again dives under the ring. What he doesn’t expect, though, is Forge going under there, too!
Bernadette Olson: Hey, keep it where we can see it!
Jacob Frankel: What the hell are they looking for now?!
Ollie comes out with a claw hammer and hides next to the steps, waiting for Forge to come out… except that Forge comes out with a sledgehammer, and swings at those steps, coming within an inch or two of mashing Ollie’s melon! Even the Crazy Raccoon Guy has the good sense to look concerned about that weapon in the hands of Forge, who takes another swing or two as Ollie bolts! Eventually, a shot hits the floor and breaks the hammer, but Forge holds on to the handle and finally blasts Ollie across the back with it, sending him to his hands and knees, where a golf swing to the head almost knocks Ollie out!
Bernadette Olson: FORE!
Forge, seeing something fall out of Ollie’s pocket, picks it up and stares at it for a moment before getting a sinister grin!
Jacob Frankel: I do NOT like that grin!
Going over to the table, Forge doused it even further as a bloody Ollie starts crawling in that direction. As Ollie arrives near it, unbeknownst to Forge, the Martyr Machine strikes a match and sets the table ablaze!
Bernadette Olson: Table for one in hell!
Jacob Frankel: They can’t mean to send someone through that!
Ollie moves to attack Forge from behind but gets thrown off, striking the apron of the ring! Forge grabs him around the throat and yells something at him that the roar of the fans drowns out! Ollie climbs up onto the apron, trying to escape Forge’s grip, but it’s vice-like! Forge comes up onto the apron himself, looking to hoist the smaller man up and-
Bernadette Olson: Make room, devil-man! Incoming!
Jacob Frankel: Come on, Forge, think this through-
-drive him through the flaming table with a crushing chokeslam! Ollie screams in pain from the fire AND the broken table, but is still smiling at the chaos of it all. Forge throws his fists up with a guttural roar before dropping to the floor and moving to pin Ollie amidst the smoking wreckage!

NO! OLLIE KICKS OUT!
Forge actually looks surprised at this, but shrugs it off. He shoves Ollie into the apron then takes his belt off, laying into Ollie’s burnt back with lash after lash! Rolling into the ring gives him respite, but not for long, as Forge moves to follow after him! Another slashing blow or two from the strap lands, but when Forge wraps it around Ollie’s neck and pulls him up, shoving him into the corner, Ollie digs into his pocket… and Forge’s approach is stopped as he’s slashed by something metal in Ollie’s hand! Another attack has Forge reeling again, and the camera spots it as what looks to be a spoon cut into a spork!
Bernadette Olson: Uh-oh… looks like we’re into prison weapons now!
Jacob Frankel: That is SCARY accurate! Forge better watch out!
Bernadette Olson: Damn thing looks like it’d give someone tetanus!
Ollie rolls out of the ring while he has the chance, coming up with a bag that he takes into the ring with him. Forge goes to grab it, but Ollie swings with all he’s got, whacking Forge in the side of the head with it! A shot like that doesn’t seem like it should hurt that much… until Ollie starts dumping the contents of it on the canvas!
Jacob Frankel: Broken glass, tacks, staples… Jesus wept!
Bernadette Olson: Somehow I think this would be worse than that flaming table!
Ollie lashes out with the metal spork again, but Forge manages to bat it aside and backhand Ollie before clamping on 1,000 Screams! He squeezes both sides of Ollie’s head like a melon, picking him up and jerking him around, seemingly trying to drop him into that pile of glass and metal! But Ollie kicks off the ropes when they’re close enough, breaking free and almost sending Forge into that pile! He goes for the Face Eraser, but Forge shoves him away and goes for a Piston Kick! Ollie ducks, and Planes, Trains & Plantains is countered as well… but Ollie, tossed into the ropes, comes back with a modified Ollie-Go-Round! Forge is stunned! Ollie hits the ropes and goes for a sling blade! Forge catches and whips him around!
Jacob Frankel: Chrome Bomb! Chrome Bomb!
Bernadette Olson: Ain’t no one walking straight after taking that!
Ollie arches up in pain, his back having been battered all match long, and the Chrome Bomb just made that worse! Forge wants another one, this time onto the glass and metal, but when he shoots Ollie off, the Manic Marvel slides out of the ring! Retrieving the discarded container of lighter fluid, he starts trying to get more out of it as Forge rolls out of the ring to come after him… but Ollie rolls back in, trying to create some distance! Forge whips him into the buckles, but Ollie avoids the charge and hits a diamond dust, driving the Martyr Machine chest-first into the pile of sharp objects!
Jacob Frankel: Shit!
Bernadette Olson: Not that gorgeous chest!
Jacob Frankel: Oh, don’t start that!
Forge gets back up as Ollie gloats, grabbing him around the neck with both hands, but Ollie backs up onto the buckles, breaking Forge’s grip and kicking him in the jaw before delivering a blockbuster… AGAIN driving Forge into the glass and metal, this time back-first. With the big man up to his hands and knees, daring Ollie to lash out again, Ollie lights his previously-doused kick pad on fire and delivers the Gravy Train! And when Forge doesn’t drop, a second one connects! The Martyr Machine topples to the canvas and Ollie falls atop him for a pin!

Ollie rolls out of the ring, as Forge is already starting to stir, and he doesn’t look back… not even getting his arm raised. Forge drags himself out of the carnage, but he’s unsteady, giving Ollie time to get the hell out of Dodge!
Bernadette Olson: That big handsome bastard is already standing again?! Good grief!
Jacob Frankel: Ollie got his win and he’s outta here! And I don’t blame him!
Winner: Ollie Maverick
Result: Pinfall at 19:18 (Gravy Train)

The (Freak)Show Must Go On
The (Freak)Show Must Go On
We find FREAKSHOW, the team of Alexis Lemon and Derrick Vayden, in their locker room. Vayden is laid back in his chair, wrapping his wrists with tape in preparation for the pair’s upcoming match. Meanwhile Lexi is hunched forward, lacing up her boots.
Alexis Lemon: Man… what are we gonna do?
Vayden doesn’t verbally respond. But he does look over to his tag team partner, waiting for elaboration.
Alexis Lemon: Like… This is it. This is the last Hybrid show. What do we do next?
Vayden takes his time wrapping his wrists and setting the tape down before responding.
Derrick Vayden: Same thing we always do. We go out there and put on a show.
Lemon looks flabbergasted by the response.
Alexis Lemon: B-but like… Doesn’t it weird you out? You know it’s the last show. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful or whatever but… What’s there to fight for anymore?
Derrick sighs as he grabs his gloves but hesitates to put them on.
Derrick Vayden: Look at it this way. The future here is non-existent. Everybody knows that. But you saw all the people out there tonight. You think they care if there won’t be a company tomorrow? No, because they’re expecting everyone to tear the house down tonight and give them something to remember. That’s what’s left to fight for. Get it?
Lexi looks down sheepishly, like she’s a child, getting chewed out by her parent.
Alexis Lemon: Y-yeah, yeah I get it. Look, I didn’t mean-
Derrick Vayden: -And another thing. Tattoos are permanent and they’ll look terrible when you’re older.
Lexi lifts her head to look at her partner and tilts her head in confusion.
Derrick Vayden: And eat your vegetables.
Lexi finally gets the joke and smacks Vayden on the arm, causing them both to break out into laughter.
Derrick Vayden: Okay but seriously, does that make sense?
Lexi rolls her eyes
Alexis Lemon: Yes, dad, I do.
Derrick Vayden: Good.
Vayden stands up and offers a hand to his partner
Derrick Vayden: Now, you ready to go out there and win some gold?
Lexi grins and nods as she takes Vayden’s hand and stands up. He pats her on the back and the pair walk out of the room.

Spirit Montego: The following contest is a tag team match. It is for one fall and it is for the HYBRID Global Tag Team Championships!
The lights go out as Ice Nine Kills’ Freak Flag begins playing. Red and yellow lights slowly strobe in and out, picking up speed little by little as the music plays. The cameras pan all over the arena, quickly and repeatedly switching between shots.
We're taught to be like them

Suddenly the shot switches to a closeup of a gas mask under a spotlight. The shot zooms out to reveal a second masked figure, this one resembling a scary clown with red swirls on the cheeks.
And let your Freak Flags fly
We're all messed up inside
And forced to act like everything's all right
Wave those Freak Flags high

Just let your Freak Flags fly tonight!

The lights come up as the team begins walking down the ramp. The taller of the pair remains focused on the path ahead of them while the clown-masked one erratically moves around their partner and interacts with the fans.
Spirit Montego: Making their way to the ring, at a combined weight of 356 pounds… “Screaming Darkness” Alexis Lemon, “The Wanderer” Derrick Vayden, they are THE FREAKSHOW!
As their names are announced, the pair remove their masks to reveal their smiles. Derrick’s resembles a movie villain while Lexi’s is more eccentric, sticking her tongue out as she does so.
The pair split off at the ring. Derrick going to the left, Lexi to the right. They climb up onto the ring apron and turn to look out into the crowd, they each mouth the words to their song as the fans in the crowd sing it back to them.

Lemon and Vayden enter the ring at the same time. Lexi turns around and walks to the center of the ring while Vayden backs up to the center. Derrick drops to his knees and holds his arms out wide while Lexi stands behind him, holding up a pair of devil’s horns.
Lemon circles around to Vayden’s front, holding her fist out to him, which Derrick touches his own fist to as he gets to his feet. The pair make their way to their corner, removing their entrance attire and going over last minute preparations while they wait for the match to begin.
The arena lights go out as the intro to “All The Things She Said” by Violet Orlandi ft. Halocene starts up. A pair of purple spotlights illuminate the entranceway. Lana Corvin and Jamie Emmerson, The Daughters of Darkness, are each standing there, each in a spotlight. Lana has her black furry entrance coat on and Jamie has her leather jacket, black crown, and black roses.

The pair look at each other and smile. They start to stroll towards the ring. Jamie looks around as Lana jaw-jacks and talks shit back to fans giving them both shit. The pair laugh together at one of Lana’s better insults to a fan. The pair make it to ringside and climb the ring steps.
I'm in serious shit, I feel totally lost
If I'm asking for help it's only because
Being with you has opened my eyes
Could I ever believe such a perfect surprise?
I keep asking myself, wondering how
I keep closing my eyes but I can't block you out

Lana holds the ropes open for Jamie who enters through the bottom and middle ropes. Lana then steps through between the top and middle ropes. The pair circle the ring in opposite directions and meet back up in the middle. Lana throws the top of her coat back throwing her arms out to the side as Jamie stands next to her with a knowing little smirk on her face. The pair then head to their corner and prepare for the match.
Spirit Montego: And their opponents, the current, reigning, defending HYBRID Global Tag Team Champions, Lana Corvin, Jamie Emmerson, DAUGHTERS OF DARKNESS!

Jamie steps out to meet Alexis. The two start to lock-up in a traditional collar and elbow tie-up but Jamie rakes the eyes and l;eans back to tag in Lana. Charles Morgan vs. Gigi Nova (C)
Spirit Montego: The following contest is set for one fall and it is for the HYBRID Iron Heart Championship!
The opening sting of Holding Out for a Hero plays as the lights in the arena go down, two spotlights start searching through the crowd before honing in on the entrance ramp where we see Charles standing to a cheer from the crowd. He makes his way down to the ring, the spotlights following him as he claps the hands of the people on the way to the ring where he slides in, the lights coming back up as he hits the corners, raising his arms up.
Spirit Montego: Introducing first, the challenger… weighing in at 240 pounds…from Kansas City… Charles Morgan!
The bass line for “Mass Tequila” plays through the sound system as electric blue lights begin to flash in time to the music. A light fog rolls in as the music starts to pick up, and at that moment, Gigi emerges onto the stage. She walks from one side of the stage to the other, saluting the fans at each side before making her way toward the ring. Before she climbs into the ring, she’ll make the rounds, high-fiving the fans at ringside. Then, she ascends the ring steps and enters the ring, climbing one of the turnbuckles to salute the fans once more.
Spirit Montego: And his opponent, the current, reigning and defending HYBRID Iron Heart Champion… Gigi Nova!
DING! DING! DING!
Gigi and Charls step out to the center of the ring as the crowd cheers them on. They lock-up in a collar and elbow tie-up and Charles quickly powers her back against the ropes. Gigi tries to block his next movement but Charles is able to give her a big forearm strike across the chest. Gigi recoils from the impact and Charles gives her a second one. Gigi falls to her knees. Charles grabs her in a front facelock and pulls her back up for a snap suplex. Gigi hits hard and Charles floats over into the cover.

Global Heavyweight Championship Match
Singles/One Fall
Jessi Ozborne vs. Duke Andrews (C)
Spirit Montegol: The following contest…is scheduled for one fall…and it is for the HYBRID GLOBAL! HEAVYWEIGHT! CHAMPIONSHIP!
The lights to the arena go out, as “Kool-Aid" by Bring Me The Horizon begins to build up over the speakers. The fans murmur with intrigue, until the song takes off and lights jump to life.
“We are the children of the devolution
The infamous martyrs, the scars on the sun
Asphyxiating with a smile on your face
While they pull your teeth out, one by one”
The infamous martyrs, the scars on the sun
Asphyxiating with a smile on your face
While they pull your teeth out, one by one”
Just then, Jessi Ozborne steps out from the entryway, flanked by her best friend Melanie Myer. Her attire for the night is a hodgepodge of different colors and textures, with eagle-eyed fans being able to gather that it’s all of her comic book themed attires she’s worn in HYBRID all fused together. She tilts her sunglasses, surveying the crowd in front of her before raising up a “Too Sweet” to a mountain of cheers. Ozborne steps down the ramp as the music continues to blare behind her, mouthing along to all the words as she hands out high fives and “Too Sweets” to the fans in the front row. She makes it to the ring, stepping up the ring steps and to the top rope, and throwing up the “Too Sweet” as the chorus goes off.
”'Cause you got a taste now, drank the Kool-Aid by the jug
So suffer your fate, oh, come here and give me a hug
Nobody loves you like I love you, oh, my dear
But you should've known that this was gonna end in tears”
So suffer your fate, oh, come here and give me a hug
Nobody loves you like I love you, oh, my dear
But you should've known that this was gonna end in tears”
Jessi dismounts into the ring off those words, side-stepping around the ring until she finally brings herself to stand still! She quickly steps up to the second rope, throwing up the QoC’s “Too Sweet” gesture as she does. She backs up into the corner, getting ready for the match as the music fades.
The arena turns to pitch black. The sound of “Mud to Gold” begins to play, almost like it’s being played backwards as gold script lettering appears on the screen “The Epitome of Perfection” scrolling. A sudden single burst of white and gold pyro hits the stage with a gold light. Under the light, Duke is standing with his back to the ring, with the title in his right hand, held high.
His gear is a pair of black long tights that have the Betsy Ross circle of stars in gold on the right hip, and stripes that fade to black down his leg. His left leg has the script “Epitome of Perfection” across the thigh. His ring jacket is all black with gold accents, a tail that hangs lower on the back, down to his knees.
He spins to the crowd and begins his match to the ring. Taking his time to talk trash to the crowd as he makes his way into the ring. His steps down the ramp are highlighted with gold lights that run the length of the ramp and to the ring.
Once he makes his way into the ring, he walks slowly to the far corner with the title still in hand. Slowly he climbs to the second rope, holding the title in the air again as the lights slowly come back on.
Spirit Montegol: Introducing first, the challenger…representing The Queens of Chaos…being accompanied to the ring by Melanie Myer…from Montreal, Quebec, Canada…weighing in at 121 lbs…Jessi! Ozborne!
Spirit Montegol: And her opponent…from Grand Rapids, Michigan…weighing in 255 lbs…he is the HYBRID GLOBAL! HEAVYWEIGHT! CHAMPION!...DUKE! ANDREWS!
DING! DING! DING!
The bell rings, yet the usual maelstrom of movement that accompanies it has yet to be seen, with Ozborne and Andrews opting to stay in their respective corners instead! The two stare daggers into each other, almost as though finally gripping the fact this will be the last time they’re able to do this in a HYBRID ring! Pretty soon, the fans join in said realization, all of them beginning to rise to a fever pitch at the energy radiating between these two! The cheers only begin to intensify as the two advance to the center of the ring!
The two of them go for a Collar-and-Elbow Tie-Up!, but it’s almost immediately clear to see that Andrews has the strength advantage over his much smaller adversary, quickly tying Ozborne up in a Side Headlock! Ozborne pushes Andrews back towards the ropes, hoping to shove him off! But Andrews stalls his own momentum, getting to a knee in the center of the ring with Ozborne still in his clutches! He quickly and almost seamlessly transitions into a Side Headlock Takeover, with Ozborne being left to struggle on the mat! She eventually lets up on trying to escape, with her shoulders resting on the mat!
ONE…!
Shoulder up by Ozborne! Andrews wrenches the hold tighter, making it all the more difficult for Ozborne to come back in this one! But Ozborne fights back, getting her legs up and around Andrews’ head for a Headscissor that takes his shoulders to the mat!
ONE…!
Kick out by Andrews, breaking the two apart! The two both get to their feet, with Ozborne rushing towards Andrews! He goes for a Clothesline to take her down, but Ozborne is able to rush underneath it, going for the ropes and coming back towards Andrews for another move! This time, Andrews is able to counter, cutting Ozborne off with a Kitchen Sink that sends him flipping straight to the mat! Ozborne tries to pull herself back to her feet, but Andrews leaves her with no need, as he grabs her right off the mat and throws her shoulder first into the ringpost! Ozborne is left draped over the middle rope, eventually spilling out onto the apron!
Bernadette Olson: Duke Andrews with steady control in the early goings of this match!
Jacob Frankel: And it’s at this point that it comes to light the huge difference in power between these two here! I don’t think we’ve ever seen Ozborne being dominated quite like this!
Andrews immediately begins to taunt, touring around the ring and mockingly throwing up the Too Sweet gesture to the crowd to a mountain of boos! He looks to Melanie Myer at ringside, scoffing at her before turning her attention back to Ozborne as she gets up on the apron near the turnbuckle! Andrews looks to pull her over the ropes, but Ozborne has other plans, slamming Andrews’ head into the top turnbuckle before nailing over the ropes with a Roundhouse Kick! Andrews staggers back into the center of the ring, with Ozborne jumping to the top rope and coming down on him with a Springboard Hurricanrana! The crowd begins to get hyped up as Ozborne starts to speed things up, hitting the ropes and coming back to nail Andrews with a Running Dropkick! The shot sends Andrews faltering out of the ring through the ropes!
Ozborne sees this as the perfect opportunity to fly, hitting the ropes and seemingly looking to nail Andrews with a Suicide Dive! But at the last second, she does a Handspring, landing in the center of the ring and seating herself in a criss-cross position! Andrews looks on from ringside as Ozborne gives him a smug smile from inside the ring! In an inverse of what Andrews did just moments prior, Ozborne throws up the Too Sweet, with the fans giving her rapturous applause for it!
Bernadette Olson: Ozborne getting a little cocky here, as is her M.O.!
Jacob Frankel: She needs to keep both eyes steadily on the prize, though! Duke Andrews is not a bear you wanna poke!
This sends Andrews into action, as he slides back into the ring and immediately leaps over a Legsweep attempt by Ozborne! This gives him an opportunity now, rushing in and planting a boot into the side of Ozborne’s midsection! That kick sends her reeling, and it’s extremely plain to see by the look of agony on Ozborne’s face! Andrews quickly takes advantage, getting Ozborne to her feet and positioning her for a Powerbomb! But Ozborne fights back now, slipping over Andrews’ shoulders and onto his back to take him down for a Sunset Flip Powerbomb! She has him trapped for a pin!
ONE…!
Instant kick out by Andrews! He rolls to his feet, immediately looking for a Kick to a still seated Ozborne! She lays herself to duck underneath it however, grabbing Andrews and pulling him to the mat for a Schoolboy Roll Up!
ONE…!
Another immediate kick out by Andrews! This time he rolls to his knees, with Ozborne rolling over and looking to connect with a Kick! Andrews blocks it however, immediately going in and nailing Ozborne with a Forearm to the head! Ozborne is out of it now, with Andrews mounting her and beginning to unload with a bevy of Forearms and Elbows to the head! Ozborne is knocked loopy by the end of it, with Andrews going for the pin!

Kick out by Ozborne! Andrews snickers, not just at the fact that he managed a two count when Ozborne could barely get one, but because he gets to punish her some more as a result! He pulls Ozborne to her feet by the hair, with the official reprimanding him for doing so! He takes his eye off of Ozborne to chastise the official, with Ozborne using that gap to fight back with a jab straight to Andrews’ midsection! However, in her state, it hardly has an effect outside of catching Andrews by surprise for a brief moment! Andrews retaliates immediately, clobbering Ozborne in the midsection with a punch that sends her immediately buckling to the mat!
Bernadette Olson: Andrews clobbers the midsection!
Jacob Frankel: Ozborne has been favoring it quite a bit, and Andrews knows it! It’s become a full on target at this stage!
He pulls Ozborne up now, throwing her into the corner before railing on her with repeated stomps to the midsection in the corner! The referee once again pulls Andrews away, reprimanding him for keeping Ozborne trapped in the corner! Andrews comes back to Ozborne, this time pulling her up to the top rope! He quickly joins her, getting her in position and looking for a Superplex! Ozborne begins to fight back however, hooking Andrews in the midsection with a few strikes before pushing him off the top rope! Much to her surprise however, Andrews lands on his feet on the mat, before rushing over to the corner and leaping to the top rope in a single bound to connect with a Belly-To-Belly Superplex!
Bernadette Olson: WHOA!!

Ozborne is in a panic at this point, not knowing what it’s gonna take to put Andrews away! She decides to go high, rolling out onto the apron before climbing to the top rope! The crowd immediately enters into a deafening frenzy, with no one able to believe what they just saw, Andrews himself included! Ozborne doesn’t even seem fully in it at this point, kicking out more on instinct alone as she’s barely managing to remain conscious! Andrews is livid now, pulling Ozborne up by the hair once again! For the third time in this match, the referee tries to get Andrews to back off! This time however, the official catches the brunt of Andrews’ rage, as he curses into their face and threatens violence on them if they don’t back off!
Bernadette Olson: Andrews looks absolutely livid!
Jacob Frankel: I would too if my opponent refused to stay down to this degree! Ozborne is barely even conscious, and yet this match is still going!
Andrews begins to scream in Ozborne’s face, telling her that he would rather DIE before seeing HYBRID coming to an end with her on top!
